Больше 70 оказались в больницах, многие из них - в тяжелом состоянии. В настоящий момент российская пресса бурно обсуждает то, что власть могла бы при желании предотвратить кровавый теракт.
Выяснилось, что в 2003 году в Санкт-Петербурге разработали уникальный прибор, который способен обнаруживать взрывчатку за считанные секунды, - независимо от того, насколько плотно и герметически она упакована.
Например, такая установка фиксирует 5 килограммов тротила за 1 секунду. Если взрывчатки меньше - в пределах 100 граммов - будет нужно 30 секунд.
Ученые подтвердили, что в настоящий момент нигде в мире нет установки, которая бы могла обнаружить на человеке "пояс шахида" при проходе в метрополитен. Однако взрывчатка для этих смертоносных поясов каким-то образом доставляется в город, а петербуржское устройство способно с большой точностью обнаружить ее в поезде, самолете или автомобиле.
Стоит такая установка приблизительно 150-180 тысяч долларов (для сравнения - в аэропортах США для выявления взрывчатки применяются томографы, каждый из которых стоит до полутора миллионов долларов). Поэтому устройством уже заинтересовались в Америке, Израиле и Китае. Установка уже прошла тестирование в Управлении безопасности перевозок США, в настоящий момент две таких установки тестируются в Китае."

qwerty, самарская область Они и примут щас меры!! только немного другие. Службы лушче работать не станут. А вот мигинги все надолго запретят. Хороший повод не давать народу показать свое отношение. И что то не особо верится про двух террористок...
